As part of its strategy to continue to build sales momentum, Chevrolet has launched a new program called Chevy Confidence that gives consumers two months to return the car if they are unhappy. "Love it or Return it" applies to all new Chevrolets for the 2012 and 2013 model years. Customers can return any car between 30 and 60 days from the date of purchase that has less than 4,000 miles and no damage. The guarantee does not apply to leases.
Also as part of Chevy Confidence, all 2012 model year Chevys, including models like the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse, the top scoring Chevy on Total Car Score, are being offered with "Total Confidence Pricing" featuring discounted, no-haggle, prices—and current vehicle-specific rebates and incentives can be used to further lower the car price.
Chevrolet set a global sales record in 2011 by selling 4.76 million vehicles. Sales in 2012 have continued to be strong and are expected to exceed last year's record. The Chevy Confidence program runs through September 4.
